Comments: "The Violent Sequence" here is
actually a 5-part suite, much like The Man or The Journey, and comprises the
following: I. Heart Beat, Pig Meat. 2. Sleep 3. keyboard jam 4. Moonhead 5. The
Violent Sequence (Us & Them instrumental).
I absolutely love this disc. My favorites are the space-out Main Theme & the
unabashed experimentation of the Violent Sequence. Maybe I'm loony, but I think
HBPM is great--a perfect soundtrack to any of those old pictures of an angry
Roger beating on percussion! The poor sound quality really only saddens me on
Embryo, which is a bit different from standard versions. Otherwise, there were
barely any vocals in this set to worry about! Lots of Rick!!! -TF
Pink Floyd --The Amazing Pudding -- poor quality and distorted. The version of
Amazing Pudding aka Atom Heart Mother has a few different guitar parts that
might be different from later versions, but the overall quality is not worth
getting excited about
Disc 2 track 3 -- Interstellar Overdrive Lund Sweden 3/20/70 is an Ex- aud,
track 4 -- Blues West Germany 3/13/70 is a VG+ aud.
