Notes: There was a slight channel dropout glitch at the start of "Hey You" which
had to be mixed to mono, and as well had to edit out (using crossfading) a brief
moment during the mid-song audience applause on "Outside The Wall" where another
fellow concert goer spoke into the microphone.
