I had a nosebleed seat so the sound is a bit distant and a
little boomy, but in my headphones it's very enjoyable so maybe someone else
likes this one too.
The show was good, the set is ok and the staging is beautiful. There's a
distinct difference in sound between Rogers prerecorded vocals (most of the
Floyd stuff) and his live vocals (the new songs and probably Wish you were
here), but I go to this show for the spectacle and was not disappointed. The
best part was the children dressed in Guantanamo like prison garments and
stripping them off to show shirts with RESIST printed. This is NOT American Idol
folks, this is the real thing. An angry Roger is a great Roger.
We got a live premiere of a song from his new album as the first encore. That
was pretty cool too.
