Die Lange Pink Floyd Nacht
Data: 8 February 2012 |
"David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Richard Wright, Nick
Mason and Syd Barrett are at the heart of a night of Pink Floyd songs and
stories heard, discussed, viewed, and retold - in any form and in the best
quality - can be enjoyed. The event is a complete republication of the
entire Pink Floyd catalog by record company EMI. Committees are aware of the
importance of the band ("Is There Anybody Out There What remains of Pink
Floyd?"), Their individual memory value ("Speak To Me - a fan-reminiscence")
and their music theory and marketing technical USPs ("Welcome To The Machine
"- the Pink Floyd legend") devote Among the guests around. Peter Kruder (Kruder
& Dorfmeister), the "press" critic Thomas Kramar and the hi-fi innovator and
world's largest analog turntable-producer ("Pro-Ject ") Heinz Lichtenegger.
On the big screen one will get to see exclusive Blu-Ray material, including
rare concert footage and the 25-minute electronic press kit for" Why Pink
Floyd "campaign. And live on stage is a selected Pink Floyd cover band to
hear and to be seen." Basically this broadcast is a 3 hour discussion in German about Pink Floyd. There are live performances of coverbands The Floyd Council and Floyd Division. Also some rare footage is shown (Pink Floyd in Ossiach, some late 80s footage, some videoclips, Live 8 footage etc). The source for this DVD is a webrip, which causes some framedrops here and there. I decided to share this anyway since this is the highest available Ossiach source to date. |
