DVD 1 notes:
My location was next to the aisle, which gave an open view, but as the audience
was pretty restless, also many people walking by, they are on this video too.
The battery of my cam died during Shine on, the
first set is complete.
DVD 2 notes:
Hello everyone!
I share with you all my recordings of David's concert at the Radio City Music
Hall in New York the 10th of April 2016.
The concert was absolutely amazing, as well as the
venue. I was very surprise by how every seat seemed as good as any. It was my
first time at the RCMH and I had never experienced a
concert that close to the stage. I was in New York city for
the three concerts on the 10th, 11th and 12th of April and oh boy, what an
amazing experience this was. I have always dreamed to see David perform live and
I never thought this would be possible.
I was not planning on filming the concert since I always hated people sacking
their phones/cameras in front of me during events,
but I overwhelmed as soon as I got there... I had to film at least some of it to
keep as a memory and to show it to my family and friends. What you will see in
this recording is a collection of clips from the concert, glued
together in iMovie. The original clips are all in 1080p
60fps, but the final file had almost 14GB so I
decided to keep it in 720p 60fps. The quality isn't that great, it was filmed on
an iPhone 6S, but it sure serves as a bootleg for the tour.
I knew that Polly would be signing copies of her book, "The Kindness", in a
bookstore near my hotel, so I prepared myself to be
there hoping that David would appear. As it turned out,
they arrived together but he left in a hurry about 2-3 mins.
Polly was very kind to everyone there, always smiling and talking to people.
Really nice and polite. Everyone was a bit
shellshocked when David left. After 30-45 minutes people were still at the
bookstore hoping that he would come for her, but
that didn't happened. I wonder what happened to him...
At least I got my book signed and told her how I enjoy her
work and her husband's music, of course...
