Originally this was broadcast in 2-channel-audio: german and english - but i don't know exactly if it was broadcast worldwide. However, this "original" documentary as a ZDF + 3Sat coproduction was broadcast by the german tv on 21. september 1990, just before the original show. It's ca. 30 Minutes long.
I don't know why the actual dvd-production of "The Wall - Live In Berlin" is using a completely new documentary instead of this material, but this stuff could be really perfect for a good dvd-documetary.
It has all the right personalitys: Roger Waters, Leonard Cheshire, Snowy White, Andy Fearweather Low, Marianne Faithful, Rupert Everett, Tony Hollingsworth, Mark Fisher, Jonathan Park, Ian Emes, Graham Broad, Rick DiFonzo, Peter Wood.
