This footage was shot by my friend Rocio Floyd in Lima, Peru the day Roger arrived on March 10,
2007.

Rocio attended the Roger Waters news conference that was held pre Roger's March 12th - EXPLANADA DE EL MONUMENTAL, LIMA, PERU concert. All questions were asked in Spanish but Roger had a very capable translator working with him throughout the entire conference.
