[DAVID: [...] nice old one here. How old?]
Money ><
[MICK: Hey! Allright!]
[DAVID: Thank you. Right.]

Right'.]
You Know I'm Right

[DAVID: [...]]
[MICK: Something to do with rock'n'roll I think. [...] Ok.]
[DAVID: Right. Sorry about the delay. [...] Are you ready now? Are you sitting
comfortably?]
Run Like Hell
[RAFF: Not bad ehh? Are you having a good time? Or are you having a really good
time? What can I say? Here's another number off Dave's last album called 'Blue
Light'.]
Blue Light
[GUY: Ohh. Yeah!
[DAVID: Thank you very much, that was 'Blue Light'. You probably recognise that.
Right, I'll introduce you to my little ensemble here, [...] I'll start off with
off in the absence of our lovely percussion player. [...] Oh dear, anyway, we'll
start with on the drums Christopher Slade. And on the bassguitar Mickey Feat. On
guitar, the almost more than legendary, Mick Ralphs. On the keyboards all the
way from Canada, Gregg Dechart. And last but not least Raphael Ravenscroft on
the saxophone.]
[RAFF: Thanks.]
[MICK: Comeon give a hand for David Gilmour. There he is!]
[DAVID: Right. We'll have to leave so we're gonna finish off with a song from
the album, this one's called 'Murder'.]
Murder
[DAVID: Thanks alot. Thank you again. Thanks for coming.] ><
[DAVID: Thank you. Whoo.[...] Thank you very much. [...] Right, this one starts
very, very quietly.]
Near The End
[DAVID: Mick Ralphs on the guitar.]
Comfortably Numb
Band:
David Gilmour (guitar, vocals)
Gregg Dechart (keyboards)
Mickey Feat (bass, vocals)
Mick Ralphs (guitar, vocals)
Raff Ravenscroft (saxophones)
Chris Slade (drums, percussion)
Other info:
After the shows in California, the band took a week off during which the
percussionist, Jodi Linscott, injured herself in a motorcycle accident. Some
extra dates had been added to the tour (Florida and the east coast), so they had
to do them without her. It was durning this period that Chris Slade showed his
excellence on the drums. The power of his drumming was incredible. To me, he was
the nicest surprise of the tour. At the end of the tour, when they went back to
New York for a few shows there, they added Sid Evans on percussion.
