Due to technical difficulties with the Olympus recording only the right channel was able to be used. the left was blank for many minutes in several places, and sputtered in and out due to a bad mic cord (to which Jaras send his great gratitude out to Church Audio). Unfortunately this mono recording was the better of the two. In advance of this project the decision was made to try synching the two recordings together and see if they complimented each other, and after some EQing it was found that the did. The result here is a very good recording in mono centered, and the stereo imaging provided by a flatter sounding recording from the Sony. I believe this manages to rescue the two in a way that working on either alone would not have, and the rewards go out to you all.
